StayGeo began on Blogger in 2010. In 2025 I moved the site to GitHub Pages for a cleaner writing and reading experience, and brought the full archive over going back to that first year.
You’ll notice the earliest years lean heavily GIS - I did my Master’s in Geospatial technology and started my career as a Geospatial QA, and most of that archive dates from those years. I’ve since moved on to other things, and GIS isn’t really where my writing lives anymore, but I’ve kept those posts up rather than pretend that chapter didn’t happen.
